Hi, I’m Geraldine (Geri) Gotting, a registered psychologist with postgraduate training in clinical psychology. I provide telehealth-based therapy to adolescents and adults across Australia.

What types of services do you provide?
Deep Reflections Psychology offers online telehealth therapy for adults and adolescents using evidence-based treatments. Research shows telehealth is as effective as face-to-face therapy for symptom improvement and client satisfaction.

How do I access telehealth services? How does it work?
After booking and completing a consent form, you'll receive an email with a secure video link. No login or app needed — just join via your browser.
Fees and Payments
What is the cost of a session?
A 50-60 minute session costs $220, below the Australian Psychological Society’s recommended rate of $300 (2023/2024). Concession rates are available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer and are processed before your session begins.
Bulk Billing & Medicare Rebates
Is bulk billing available? Are Medicare rebates offered?
Bulk billing is not available. However, clients with a valid GP or psychiatrist referral may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.97 per session (up to 10 sessions per calendar year).
Note: Some third-party funded sessions may not be available.
Cancellation Policy
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your session. Late notice fees apply:
- 24–48 hours: 50% of the session fee
- Less than 24 hours or missed appointment: 100% of the session fee
Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances.
Medicare rebates do not apply to cancelled or missed sessions.

Appointments are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 5pm (ACST).
